Setting up the CRM integration
Connect Revial to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Odoo so customer data flows both ways.
The CRM integration lets Revial fetch and update customer data automatically from your CRM. With it in place, meeting preparation, notes and customer details move between Revial and the CRM without manual work.
CRM integrations are managed under Organization → CRM Integrations. Setting up a new one always starts from that section, which lists every CRM Revial supports.
Only an organisation admin or owner can connect a CRM, and your plan must include the CRM integration (Medium or Sales).

If your organisation's CRM isn't listed, contact Revial support at support@revial.ai — we build new integrations based on what customers need.
Connect your CRM
Choose the CRM under Organization → CRM Integrations and follow its connection guide above. As soon as the connection is made, Revial starts the first sync in the background; after that it syncs roughly every hour.
The integration is set up once for the organisation, after which every user benefits from it.
More than one CRM. An organisation can connect several different CRMs at the same time, but only one connection per CRM. Odoo is the exception: it can only be connected when no other CRM is connected.
Use an integration user
The integration always acts as one CRM user, and sees and changes only what that user may. Many organisations use a dedicated integration user for this, which makes permissions easier to manage and keeps the integration independent of any individual's account. In smaller organisations the integration is often set up with the sales director's account.
Disconnecting
Organization → CRM Integrations → Disconnect stops syncing and, in the background, deletes Revial's synced copy of that CRM's data and the stored credentials. Nothing is removed from the CRM itself, and Revial does not revoke its access there — to end the grant in the CRM, remove Revial's app or key on the CRM side too. Each connection guide explains how.
Creating a Teams chat with Revial support
Add Revial to a Microsoft Teams group chat as an external guest, including the external-access check your IT administrator may need to run first.
